By accessing or using Trustfeedback ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and businesses using the Platform.
Trustfeedback is an independent review platform that enables consumers to share genuine feedback about their experiences with businesses and online stores. Businesses can claim their profile, respond to reviews, and use our tools to build customer trust. We do not verify the accuracy of individual reviews, but we do enforce review guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
To submit a review or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@trustfeedback.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
All reviews submitted to the Platform must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience with the business reviewed. You agree not to submit reviews that are false, fabricated, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or incentivised by the reviewed business. Reviews that contain personal contact details, irrelevant content, or that violate applicable laws will be removed. Businesses may not solicit, purchase, or otherwise manipulate reviews. Trustfeedback reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.
Businesses that claim a profile on Trustfeedback must verify their identity and ownership. Verified businesses may respond to reviews professionally and publicly. Businesses may not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews, threaten consumers for negative reviews, or misrepresent their identity. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove business accounts found to be manipulating the review ecosystem.
You agree not to: (a) post fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform data without written permission; (d) use automated tools to submit content; (e) impersonate any person or organisation; (f) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (g) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where appropriate.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Trustfeedback name, logo, software, design, and written materials — is owned by Trustfeedback or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. User-submitted reviews remain the property of their authors, but by submitting content you grant Trustfeedback a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Trustfeedback does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not endorse any reviews, businesses, or content displayed on the Platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trustfeedback, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trustfeedback and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) any content you submit to the Platform.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. Trustfeedback has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable European data protection laws.
Trustfeedback reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, businesses, or the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.
We strongly encourage resolving any dispute amicably by contacting us directly at legal@trustfeedback.com before pursuing any formal proceedings. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
